I have reserved and paid the deposits for three boys teams to go to NBC team camp in La Grande, OR.  DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE ! !The dates for the team camp are July 7-11.  We will be leaving from CCHS on Sunday, July 6th at 1:00p.  We will be staying at a church in Portland on Sunday night.  We will drive to La Grande the next Monday morning and we will be back in Medford on July 11, around 10:00p.  Here is what needs to be done to attend camp:

What to bring:  Basketball Gear: including 2 pair of shoes, sleeping bag, Bible, writing material & stamps, towel, a trash bag for wet-dirty clothes, pillow, changes of clothes, personal needs stuff, a good attitude.

 

NBC Team Camp Players:
 
I have attached a Medical Release Waiver and a NBC Players Registration Form pdf files that must be filled out. 
 
Each player must have the first 3 things to give to the coaches on Sunday afternoon (7/06/08) 1:00p at the Pavilion:

3)  A check made out to "NBC Camps" for $355.00
